2016 ns-3 annual meeting > Training | WNS3 Program | WNPE Program
Participant Information > Registration | Accommodations | Dining & Groceries | Transportation & Tourism

Registration must be made online with the University of Washington’s Housing and Food Services registration site. Registration must be paid in full prior to attending the first session. To allow for event planning, all attendees were requested to register by May 30, 2016. Late registrations can still be made; registrations between now and the meeting will be subject to a late fee of $15 that is now listed as the first step in the online registration process.

Registration fees cover the cost of holding the meeting, and any extra funding will be applied to the unrestricted account of the ns-3 Consortium for future use by the open source project.

Registration fees for WNS3 will be $200 for industry attendees, $100 for non-student attendees from a university, governmental facility (e.g. a national lab) or other non-profit organization, and $50 for students meeting the IEEE criteria for student membership.

No registration is required to attend the ns-3 Annual Meeting on Thursday.

Registration fees for WNPE will be the same as for WNS3, with a 50% discount for attendees who also register for WNS3 (please select the combined WNS3/WNPE registration type).

Registration fees for ns-3 training (Monday and Tuesday) will be $500 daily for industry attendees, $250 daily for government/academic/non-profit, and $50 daily for students.
